First of all we will open peachtree software then go to the
maintain option and click it
Then we click the inventory items option
When we click inventory item this screen will appear
The first step in inventory item is General in which we
write item id, description and cost method
The next option is custom fields
In this we can write

Alternate vendor
2.
Substitution
3.
Special note
4.
Is empty you can write what ever you want to
write
5.
……………………..
After this the next option in inventory
items is history when we press the history option this screen will appear
In this you can write the history date and
# of unit sold etc
